Sneh Asnani

My name is Sneh Asnani and I am a Career & Life Coach based in Dubai.

I started my professional career in the UAE and have spent over six years supporting the corporate, start-up and government sectors as a recruitment consultant. I have had the opportunity to work on multiple onsite assignments connecting organizations with prospective candidates and vice versa.

Operating out of a global city gave me the chance to interact with people across the world and introduce them to Dubai’s working culture and lifestyle. The projects I have been part of have taught me the impact of effective communication and the importance of considering any individuals’ personal circumstances.

My roles have always been based on developing relationships, which I found to be the most fulfilling element in my corporate life. This realization is what drove me to pursue coaching as a profession; I wanted to create a better experience.
