I work with clients to help them articulate and achieve their goals through questioning, challenging, brainstorming. We work together to create a structure for them to stay in action and connect to what is important.
I believe that my clients are the subject matter experts of their lives and I empower them to discover their own resolutions and choices in any contexts.
The coaching relationship is equally fueled by both parties and is for anyone that is looking to ignite change, fulfillment and growth in their journeys.

SAMPLE SESSION
If you are an individual looking for transformation in your life or career then the 1:1 coaching sessions are the best option for you.
Following a sample session, you will have the opportunity to choose from a menu of programs tailored to your individual goals. Each program includes an initial discovery session in which we will spend some time setting SMART goals and exploring the values behind them. We will design our coaching relationship based on requirements and intentions from both parties.
